Kingdom Come
Thanks to you guys, I'm reading this book and it is exceptional. I'm not a fan of DC, but it's so damn good.

Glad you like this one, furie. It's one of the singularly greatest comics stories out there.

Just stay far away from the sequal. I forget what its called, but it was worse than Dark Knight 2 (well, maybe just as bad). It was like watching a double feature of Kung Pow Enter the Fist and Isthar, with Molly Shannon's Mary Kathrine Gallager's skits playing in the background. It's like eating homade chocolate chip cookies and only having orange juice to drink, it's like rain on your wedding day... (wife slaps me). Okay sorry. Got a little carried away with that one.

Yeah, it was called "The Kingdom." Different creators. Sam's right. Stay far, far away!

The preacher is the single most awesome comic book story ever. Just read the Cassiday one shot special. I believe the entire series is collected in trade paperbacks. I've turned several people on to preacher back in the day and none of them were dissapointed. You can't go wrong with the Preacher.

I read most of this series in trades. Ennis does not disappoint! Great series & ending.
