It's a beautiful piece but I really wish they fixed that hairline.

Would have made a very good statue, even better. My XM Cyclops literally has his hairline removable (where the battery is stored) and it looks less jarring and noticable than this one.

Just my two cents, I'll probably still buy it despite the nik pick but it certainly gives me some hesitation. I LOVE the color of the suit, absolutely perfect.

I wonder what caused Sideshow to take this direction. I wonder if the portrait construction will be the same as the recent Power Girl, light-weight portrait with hair that is made with the usual material Sideshow use. Is the aim to reduce weight? Is the aim to reduce cost either by not having to paint the area where hair meets portrait (thus cutting down on paint time) or not having to add the heavy material to the portrait mix? ..as resign can be very light in weight without the stone element of the resin.
