So I was wondering about this Dhalsim:

Looks similar to PCS.

But I was particularly interested in the way it is displayed. What is that? Magnets?

Would you actually sell it like that?

Rough Dhalsim sculpt but it's looking cool. Got a nice, stylised look about him.

Yes. This is using magnetic levitation. That was a rough concept prototype. Yes, we will be selling it with levitation display capabilities

I love the magnetic levitation. Always great to see new technology incorporated in the statue making hobby. Looks promising no doubt.

I've researched magnetism and levitation A LOT, especially when considering statues - mainly for an idea I had for Magneto. I'm surprised to see you try it.

I assume you're using a device like the Levitron Revolution? There's likely a large magnetic disc embedded in Dhalsim's butt/legs? How are you getting around the 16 ounce or so limitation? And what about when the power goes off and levitation fails and the statue falls?

We are using magnetic levitation for this. We designed it to sustain the weight and if the power fails the statue will drop to the base but will prevent it from tipping over as the side of the base has strong magnets. Again this is a concept prototype and we are still exploring the design specs to make sure it works as a display piece
