I've bought several broken statues and have been able to repair them enough for me to display. This one looks like it would be a nice challenge.

Seller came back and said they would do a full refund if I destroyed the rest of the statue and send them pictures. They told me they go by Sideshow standards for a full refund on a damaged statue. Think I will see if they will refund just half instead and see if I can repair it. Would hate to destroy the rest. Wonder Woman is amazing looking and in perfect shape.

DC has always had an issue with packaging, I've bought 26 DC Statues over the years and 15 of them have arrived broken and with some it's taken 3-4 replacements to get one that wasn't broken. The early Bombshell statues were a nightmare to get one that wasn't broken.

Yeah, I bought 4 Supergirl Bombshells before I got one without an issue.
I sent the message to the seller. Now I wait. As a collector it is going to be hard for me to shatter a statue.

Be sure to wear some glasses if you attempt to shatter with a hammer. Some can be tough. Almost blinded myself trying to smash the spiderman comiquette head.

Still waiting to hear back from the seller. I hope they can do a partial refund. Not sure how that works if they had insurance on it though. Every other broken statue I got in the mail was just replaced with another one. This one is a lot harder to replace since it was an Artist Proof.

Just got a reply and partial refund from the seller. No smashing will be needed. It's been several years since I repaired a statue though. We shall see how it turns out. I'll post up pics once I get it done.
