Any news on this thing or did Spiral ended up cancelling the project. I noticed their company instagram account is gone. They are no longer selling their products directly either.

Spiral just shared an update today on it.

Our production team promised you an update on Giganotosaurus sample, so I?m bringing you that update today!
Here is the actual final product. This is exactly what you?re going to receive. And please forgive me for not posting on the official page. Universal Pictures won?t allow such things without going through their approval first. But you can help spread these images!
For anyone waiting for updates on Zilla, I promise there will be final product to show you soon. Maybe next month before the delivery date.
*We changed the decals to glass eyes.
**Logo on the base is now a separate piece.

I was initially excited about glass eyes, but they look pretty dark in these shots?

Final product pictures are circulating online, and I'll be damned it looks incredible!

Maybe it's just me but I'm feeling less than enthusiastic after seeing newer pics. The mouth paint looks super pink and the body coloration is a lot darker than the prototype.




Those glass eyes also look really dark still.. :/

Wrong! Proto and Final are extremely close. Thiese pics are the proof.

Are we positive they didn't just repaint the prototype ? Seems an easy thing to do if they decided to update the color. Are we sure that is the original prototype? It could be a production test before the eyes were switched over to glass ones?

This photo also illustrates my problem, again, with the type of glass eyes they chose.

If I'm looking at it from this or some other angles the eyes look nonexistant, like black sockets?

Definitely the proto here next to final product. They definitely match the proto. Promo pics were heavily edited. I do get the eye issue, not a deal breaker for me.

That was a major selling point though, feel bad for people who ordered this if they don't look better than that in person.

If it has stayed looking like the promo it would have looked a lot more realistic, at least in my opinion. I'm pretty sure I'm going to cancel mine through Sugo Toys. Shipping I fear will be the final nail in the coffin for me.
