Those of you who pre-ordered the Simonson Thor omni, where did you get it? I have it in my wishlist on CGN, but not sure if their pre-orders have all been allocated or not, so when it's released, I won't be able to get it from them.

My understanding is that CGN no longer does pre-orders as Amazon, for instance, does. I just keep what I want listed in my CGN Wish List and make sure to hit it right away when the book is released. Omnibuses, in particular, tend to experience sudden price increases on CGN after they're released.
The other issue with CGN is that items in their Wish List tend to fall off the list once the book's available, so I have to keep a printout of my Wish List for this reason. The deep discounts on this site so far have made this aggregation worth it.

Ah ok, well I'll be sure to keep an eye out then, we still have a couple weeks I believe. It's been in my wishlist for a while now, so was just curious.

How good is the new Punisher Ennis omnibus? I've only read his MAX run and really liked that but heard the earlier stuff that's in this omnibus is a bit more humourous and less serious which has me hesitating on pulling the trigger. Is it still good?

It's a great read, but it is much closer in tone to the Preacher comic. An entirely different experience from the MAX series.

I believe both Thor: Heroes Return (Jurgens & JRJR) and Master of Kung Fu vol 4 Omnibuses hit next week (according to CGN anyway)!
