I believe the reclining Cleo is 1/3 scale and the standing will be 1/4 scale.
RE the pre-sales I have no inside info but in Arahom's last video he said part of his finance restructuring was financing help from his wholesalers, maybe part of the deal to benefit them for providing cash flow when he needed it?
