I really want to check out the Wonder-Con this year. The majority of my friends are into Football, MMA, Sports, Nightclubing.,etc so it will be tough to find someone to go with.

Are you from the Bay Area?
Making a trip out here would be worth it if you wanna see San Francisco and do other things in the city as well as Wondercon. Otherwise Wondercon isnt that big and I would suggest saving for San Diego.
If you are from the Bay, Ive gone to the last few Wondercons, sometimes even by myself.. not a big deal solo.. you get to concentrate rather than worry if that other person isnt having fun...

Yeah I've lived in the Bay Area for many years. I never been to a WonderCon, but I'm very curious. I'll definitely go to San Diego Comic Con this year.

Wife and I will be in town for Wondercon this year. We are pretty excited to check out another show outside of the NW.
