Hi these are action figures that were release in these "Fishtanks" around the late 1990's. Amazon is selling one for $34, but there only one left as of now.

Are you refering to the animated DC figures? I don't think they're either one. They from the animated Superman and Batman toylines that came out in the 1990s.
