I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

At least Grune made the list! I'm sure Ratar-o is in the pipeline. Too cool of a character to be denied.

Wow! These look great! The way a quality action figure should. I'd love to see them produce the Tiger Sharks as well if they looked this good!

well He-Man did my 2 most wanted characters pretty early on, so i'll have some faith in the Horsemen for now.

The subscription page link was discovered by someone and the word got out early. But there was no official announcement from Matty, as they were likely planning the sale for another date.

Instead of January 11, the date on the page is now mentioned as TBD. Most are speculating it to be sometime in February, before Toy Fair.

Thanks, these were my favorite as a kid. However I was never able to find the good guys. I had Panthro, Willy Kat, and all villains. Kind of sucked. Always wanted a Cheetara, now I have the old one mint on card.

MOC nice . They are quite pricey these days. I am guessing at least $200-$300.

I mentioned this in my blog post, I always wanted the vintage figures but they were never sold here unlike the MOTU toys which I did collect. I can't afford the vintage ones now especially if I want them in great condition.

But I am making sure I get all the characters Matty has to offer.

Looks like the subscription starts from tomorrow (Jan 15) and will continue till Feb 26. Few big changes.

Figure prices are up by $5. It's $30 for subscribers and $35 for regular sale.

Number of figures in 2016 have been cut down to 5 instead of 7. Grune and Jaga have been pushed for 2017.

There is now monthly option or single shipment option which will happen in Dec 2016.

Thanks for all the info, will there be 12 figures in 2017?

My mint on card Cheetara was purchased pre internet back in 1994 for $50 from a catalog. Glad I got it.

Oh lucky. Over 20 years ago. Good times.

Yeah we are hoping it will be a full line up of 12 figures next year, but with Matty never know what might be the case.

Then there is also the SDCC version and maybe some other exclusive figures. So definitely should be 12 or more figures.
