I bought them on 02/2014 and when I bought the release date was S2/2015.

I have been on it. They don't give a sh1t.

The response is "we can't track it / don't know where it is" and "you can have your money back if you want".

Might just go with the latter and go through Tsume. Sucks that they can't put more effort in. This is my first experience with them and honestly it's very poor service.

I even told them I'd ring Tsume for them and find out where the f6ck the order is!

Sorry you're having trouble with BBTS. I vouched for them, so I apologize.

BBTS is fine, but Tsume just hasn't sent them their stuff yet. That's honestly not BBTS' fault... It just takes more time that's about it...

Also, BBTS does not charge until the item is in Stock and able to be sent to you, so you have no issue of needing a refund right now.

Otherwise I still vouche for them. I've gotten plenty from them, and it has only been this Tsume stuff that has been an issue, and as others have said that is on Tsume not sending the stuff on time.

Yea they will. They only put up what they are promised allocation wise. So whatever pre-orders that have been placed with them have been for the stock that they agreed upon with Tsume.

I have a couple other tsume statues in my pile of loot already, just waiting till the end of the year to ship.
