Improvements to Customer Service

If you haven't seen it on social media, we are excited to announce that we are working to improve our customer service response times. As a very small team, we haven't always been able to respond to inquiries as quickly as we'd like. However, that is about to change.

We have expanded our team and reorganized our daily tasks to better manage customer inquiries. You can now expect much more immediate replies, with a goal of responding within 24 hours.

You can also ping the DMs on Instagram to get one of us (the social team monitors that) Check in on the official facebook page, or join the official collectors group on facebook.

I've tried everything and there is no customer service. None. Garbage ass company.

Well, I did get my refund. Finally. I try to be nice when I can, but sometimes being mean gets the job done faster lol. Never buying directly from tweeterhead again. Sideshow and BBTS are the only places I trust. If what I want is not sold at those stores, I don't need it.

Maybe consider editing this initial post to include the proper contact info, procedure (email, webpage contact form, etc)?
