Interesting but Fox don't control Spider-man, Sony does. They are releasing the film in Jul 2012 so you can be sure it will preview next year.

Until DC start making films besides Batman and Superman they will never compete with Marvel. Hopefully Green Lantern is a sign of things to come.

I think DC is going to follow Marvel's footsteps regarding movies. Introduce characters with their own movies leading up to a Justice League film. And it's not the amount of films that are being made, but the quality. The Dark Knight is the standard that every comic book based movie will be measured against.
