There is a huuuuuuuuuge difference between dozens of complaints online and only a handful of phonecalls and e-mails. If people have an issue, they should call or send an e-mail. Sadly, most people don't.

I am, however, thankful that this thread isn't covered in kissassery. Thankfully, that myopic-type insanity has been delegated to only one section of this forum.
