Welcome Maverick90! Top work getting this thread going again it had been quiet for a while.
I'm Ryan from Adelaide. I read a lot of Marvel, some DC titles and a bunch of indie stuff too. Not so big on statues, although I do collect the Eaglemoss Classic Marvel lead figurines. And I have gotten a reasonable amount of original art in the last few years after being spurred on by the amazing collections of guys on this forum like Rocket, Royd, Wrothy and Ken (gudday fellas!!!)
Based on the stuff you have read so far I'd recommend Y: The Last Man, Scalped, Hitman and Jason Aaron's work in Punisher Max which is a lot like Garth Ennis' stuff.
Hope everybody had good Chrissy and New Years? Any cool pressies?

Thanks for the recommendation am always looking for new stuff to read, I've found myself more interested in the vertigo/image comics as spandex superheroes kinda turn me off a little bit. I got a lovesac for christmas!! (From myself )

Hey Ryan!
No cool pressies I'm afraid but I did buy myself a New Year's present It's a page from the All-New X-Men book (#2, page 13) by Stuart Immonen & Wade von Grawbadger featuring Wolverine leaping at young Scott and Jean!
Hoping it will arrive this week or early next week! Best,
Royd

No probs mate, Garth is my favourite writer so I can always recommend more stuff by him. Azzarello, Aaron and Brian Vaughan are usually great too. I'm a bit over the superhero stuff lately as well, although I don't think I'll ever be able to give it up completely.
Not quite sure what a lovesac is, I'd Google it, but I'm a bit afraid of what might come up....

Gudday Roydster, that page sounds awesome! I haven't been reading All-New X-Men but after hearing good things about the story and seeing some of Immonens amazing work (maybe his career best?), I might have to start picking it up. Make sure you post it when you can, can't wait to see it!
Cheers,
Woody
