So this collection was just put up for order at Iron Studios and Mysterio actually does have electronics. It says "Helmeted head with LED light-up function (battery operated)" so there's that.

Update to the above, IS posted a new gallery for Mysterio on their Facebook page and not only does he include the LED light up function, but an extra set of hands is included.

Haha. But now I wonder if the extra features are included with ALL Mysterio orders, or just the ones directly with Iron Studios? I pre-ordered at Big Bad Toy Store and there is no mention of the LED feature or extra hands.
Edit: So Iron Studios confirmed the LED light up feature and extra hands are standard release.

Just put in my request to ship Mysterio and Spidey from my pile of loot at BBTS. So pumped to get them!

I’ve got those two and they’re some of the better 1/10 scale pieces in my collection.

Afraid not.
But you’ll be seeing them soon, and I’m sure you’ll be happy.
.... though how they did the effect in Mysterio’s helmet was unconventional.

So had an unfortunate accident this morning. Something fell and struck Spidey's right arm, breaking it off. But upon closer inspection it just popped out as it has a peg. There's no adhesive residue or anything. It looks like the arm was put in place and then painted, and it was the paint holding it in place. Is that normal? Seems cheap.
