I think this thread will explode.

Funny, I have like seven sick costumes for Chun in SFV, and she's completely recognizable to me in every one of them.

She's fit, powerful, muscular legs. She's Chun Li.

Just because the classic is the look YOU expect to see doesn't mean she's unrecognizable.

That's ridiculous.
Everyone step back..... the Chun-Li fanatic has spoken. That in turn makes his word final.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I Love Chun-li's battle costume. She is sexy yet at the same time deadly. The main reason why I went to get the Classic is because for me that's her most Iconic look and I have hopes that the battle costume and the alpha version will be done in 1/4th scale in the near future. (The other reason is because they are already sold out before I was able to make my order.. hahahaha)

LOL. He wishes his opinions wielded that much power.

I (rather vocally on here) tried to rationalize/nitpick my way toward preferring one version of Chunners over the others but they're each quite different and do at least one thing better than the others IMO. I love the franchise, but my SF statue collection is rather small, so all of the variants are keepers to me. That may change once I decide to pair them off with future 1:3 releases, such as Sagat and Cammy. Long time to decide on that though.

At the end of the day I believe that if you love the piece that you ordered, then who cares what the f--- other people think.

As i posted before, when it comes to Chun-Li Classic and the puffy nature of the shoulder design of the outfit, gives the impression Chun-Li's head sitting too low. This is further exacerbated by the blue material around Chun-Li's neck which should be taller, but is limited by shortness of Chun-Li's neck. 3mm might have made all the difference.

Funny enough, Battle and Alpha don't suffer from the same fate. Maybe Classic's shoulder area's are too puffy?

Enough of this, water under the bridge and all that. Collectors have voted with their purchases. Sold Out!
..i'm happy to have bagged an Alpha
