Well, I have credit, points, and a coupon bringing Constantine down to $770, so I guess I'm gonna bite.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Agree. I guessed 250 a few pages back. Pricey piece for a C(?) list character.

Just way too expensive for a character with little demand. You are only selling this piece to people that collect a lot of statues, and they are balking at paying these prices. Hobby is in a weird place right now.

At least for me, the lower the tier then presumably the lower the ES. As such sideshow has to raise the price to still make a profit. I am sure they hoped for a larger edition size, but I suspect they were also realistic. Still, if you are a fan of this allegedly c list guy, then I am sure you would be thrilled that sideshow took the chance and happy to pay. I don't know if it's necessarily charity that sideshow takes a chance on someone like this. But presumably if they are willing to make smaller addition sizes going forward then the odds are better people will get statues they have been clamoring for like Jubilee.

I agree with you overall. I am happy for the John Constantine collectors out there and glad Sideshow is even making these types of lower tier characters (even if we do have to pay more).

I guess this means no alternate portrait.

I really like that base but, I've learned not to pull the trigger if something is bothering me.

I just don't understand why they went with that oddly looking portrait, I'm now so this might be a bit out of line, but in 3D he looks like a gargoyle and I just don't want that, final version is no better.

Shame, I was so hoping for the same solution like they did with the Batman, but instead lets just give him low ES.

Ok, I'm done venting.
