So what if it is?
In a free society it's not against the law to be racist.
It's ignorant and abundant but not illegal.
If someone wants to make racist remarks under their right of freedom of speech then they have to deal with the consequences. Because with the freedom to speak openly, everyone is responsible for what they say.
They could be hurt or killed depending, loose their job, have their property destroyed etc. etc. They probably won't make many friends except other racists. This picture could either lead to intelligent discussion on the topic of prolonged racial angst or it
could be used to fuel the fire to segregate ourselves even more.
Racism is a tool for the wealthy to maintain their positions of power. They know that if people remain at odds with one another over petty racial differences and quarrels...the people will always be divided and never accomplish anything except perpetuate hatred for their brethren. People could accomplish so much more if they were bound by common bonds starting with recognizing we're all human and celebrating differences that made people unique but not superior would be ideal but not real, because of people's pride.

I think a blunt is a short cigarette, especially one that has already been smoked down to the butt, and if there isn't a cigarette butt it is the stub of a rolled cigarette.

Generally I think the term "blunt" refers to one you might find on the ground that has been smoked by someone else.

I could be wrong though

LOL, it's marijuana/weed in a cigar wrapper. An unfortunate drug of choice among the young urban folks (and some in the suburbs if they have been introduced).
