You guys let your sentiments and emotions get in the way to get to a good decision.. Data offcourse! I mean, I love Spock as a character but come on! Data beign what he is , is still MUCH more geniusser than Spock, MUCH stronger, MUCH faster, almost invincible. You cannot have a better crewman than that! ..ok, except for Hoshi ofcourse..

It would be most logical to pick a crew mate that was.........
Invulnerable to disease,cold,heat to a degree.

If I wanted to maintain the best chances of getting back home, I'd totally go for Data. Besides, Data is a better tap dancer.
