Looks like they merged Ms Marvel with Spider-Gwen with a touch of LOSH.

Judging from that background, those outfits may be Kryptonian in design. I'm getting a slight Eradicator vibe from the one with her holding the axe.

When I look at a costume I judge two things

1. Personality, does it fit the character
2. Design, evaluating use of form elements and color

My issues with the new elements is that it feels like two costumes merged. There might be a narrative reason, but it comes across as busy with no central focus.

Have the black parts that feed into the silver S and hood, and then the blue and red parts including a very unorthodox cape. Rather than complimenting they feel at odds competing with one another. I prefer color design that has strong emphasis on two colors with a third minor color (red/blue with yellow). This has red/black/blue with silver. That's if you ignore her natural features such as yellow hair.

I'm not against hoods, but to me masks and hoods inform a sense of mystery and fit very well among Gotham characters perched on gargoyles in shadows. If you're going for that though, I don't get making the cape such a huge element with the trident design or shoulders, and then an asymmetrical wrap/sash leading to the belt. The image with the axe shows how this cape design creates an odd form where you have the traditional cape flow off the shoulders and then this "tail cape" come out the back.

It obviously comes down to tastes, and mine is clear central focus and design. I don't see that here.

Lots of cloth to grab when in a fight. This seems like a super-villain's dream in terms of "grab-&-punch." Many angles & fly-aways in which to choose from when going for that kill-strike. Silly costume.

I don't understand the cape sash crossing the body. Terrible design.

Yeah, the sash is too much fabric, and like Augen wrote, the color scheme should be simpler.

Even the short-sleeve top version (with only two colors) is better than the "full" costume.

First thing that crossed my mind! Spider-Gwen phoned: she wants her hoodie back. Last thing DC (DC comics at any rate) should do is try to imitate Marvel at this point.
I've no idea how that thing over her shoulder works, either.

The first costume and it's recolour look like they're trying to be distinctive and iconic, but come across as overdesigned. In my eyes about as 90s as you can get without actually featuring straps, pouches, or numerical boob windows. Though I think the axe makes up for it.

Sleeveless version leaves me cold for reasons I'd have to think about. Looks more like she's going out for a night of sinking jägerbombs than battling baddies.
