The Cave 8/10 Watched it because I wanted to see Morris Chestnut in an action movie just in case the rumors of him playing the Black Panther somehow come out to be true. Went into this one with very low expectations and ended up really liking the story and visuals.

Iron Man - Rise of Technovore 7/10 Above average animation but below average story. Had Iron Man, War Machine, Black Widow, Hawkeye and the Punisher in it as well.

Sound like the majority of Marvel's animated efforts.

Lifeforce (1985) - 4/10
Tobe Hooper hops on the sci-fi bandwagon with a movie about space vampires coming to Earth. The story itself is bearable, the '80s special effects are decent (especially the vampire corpse coming back to life in the autopsy room... bleagh!), and the female lead spends almost the entire movie completely naked. It also features Patrick Stewart, looking exactly the same as he does today (who's the real vampire here?). The big strike against this movie is that it stars Steve Railsback, who has the acting ability of a fencepost.

Didn't even know this existed till i saw it was on Syfy. Standard fare very loosely based on characters from them game
FX is pretty poor

Resident Evil: Retribution 4/10
The resident evil franchise has always been guilty pleasures for me, but this one was just not good. While the other four movies seemed to at least move the on-going plot forward, this one was mired into trying to recreate Resident Evil 1 for no reason what-so-ever. Add in a bad sub-plot trying to rip off the Ripley/Newt relationship, and this movie was just bad. I'll just try to forget this movie ever happened.

Got tickets for Olympus has Fallen later today. It was either that or Oblivion, but I couldn't get a decent screening time for that one. Looking forward to some straight up bang bang action
