my "hauls" of late have been basically non-existent. I'm really only down to Invincible and Walking Dead. occasionally, ill pick up something else. i gave my LCS a heads up regarding this week and we were unsure about what they'd get, but, i was hopeful.
Walking Dead #133
Flash #35 (Ryan Ottley Monsters variant cover)
Amazing Spiderman #8 (Ryan Ottley variant cover)
so excited to get both the Ottley variants this month! woohoo!

BPRD: Plague of Frogs vol. 1 tpb
Dark Horse is now collecting the entire PoF storyline in four inexpensive trades. This volume is over 400 pages in full color on high quality paper for $20. I gave up on BPRD about halfway through this storyline, but I'll give it another shot.

I Picked the HC's .. they were also not quite expensive .. considering the amoutn of material in there. Loved it. Now waiting for similar HC's / TPB's for their Hell on earth stuff

What annoyed me about BPRD back then was that Mignola was giving it precendence over Hellboy - I think that was the post-movie period in which he says he "lost his direction" with the character, and I stopped reading all of Mignola's stuff not long after that. Presently, I'm caught up on HB and have read a few of the Hell on Earth trades, which were pretty good. I'm going to start fresh and see how it goes.

I pick this off the rack, always, it's not on my Pull list.. hehe..
Like the story, it's nice n wacky, but takes itself seriously. I'm enjoying it.
The first 2 issues, it was the beautiful covers that made me buy, this one, i knew i was gonna pick anyway
Btw... Just read Multiversity: The Just.. BLEW MY MIND !!! love it !
