Yeah that's the one. I don't have the Bone poster so I didn't notice. I think I have the one with the Queen. There is another poster too on eBay with the Queen in a red armor that Sideshow gave out at SDCC according to sellers.

I have the USB drive. It came with General grievous back in October 2014. I'm not sure if it was character specific or a limited run. There was also a $20 coupon included.
I don't remember exactly but its nothing special, just 2 short behind the scene videos on COTD and a PDF copy of the brochure.
to me the episode Tested did is much more comprehensive. there are a few shots of CoTD being sculpted.
