I'm not a movie collector, but I think this piece will fit well with comic PFs based on the costume design. I'm excited.

Movie or comic book based, mixed media or fully sculpted, doesn't matter to me at this point... I just want a great 1:4 scale Spider-Man statue that isn't hanging off a chunk of a building.

same here I agree but if this is the amazing spider-man 2 Premium Format Figure it would be cool if they could replicate the costume right down to the soles on his feet. I prefer mixed media. And when talking to Igo when they first sneaked it he said that they were looking into doing the figure completely covered with the costume in trying to replicate the costume from the film. Which would be really killer. But I don't really care if it's hanging off a building or perks on top of a call or what not like you I just want a really nice quarter scale Premium Format of Spiderman
