The latest video Chad mentioned a sort of "pause, assess, slow down" mentality on the line. Has to resolve a lot of aspects and maybe in time can ramp back up. I'm hoping for Zatanna to be shown off next SDCC.

Yes. Last video update Chad said that he will slowdown on PO to catchup on pending releases.

No Zatanna before the end of the year. Aside from the Cheetah that just went up, there will definitely be one more preview/preorder, and maybe one more Superpowers. Chad is wanting to start the year off with a clean slate and happy customers.
The preview will definitely be one of these moments.

I emailed customer service a while back but haven't heard back.
How do I get in touch with them?
I feel like I pre-ordered Pennywise like a year ago.
I'm done waiting and would like to cancel.

Pennywise was put up for pre-order after SDCC last year.. He will be done in November. Standard turnaround time. Personally I feel this is one of those statues that you might regret cancelling, but give Gwen the new CS time to catch up and she will address your concern

Ok thanks, if I recall the delivery time frame has changed 2-4 times from when I ordered.
