Hi Danny,

I placed an order last Wednesday night, 8/23, for several Transformers busts. I checked the status of the order on Saturday and saw it marked as 'pending.' I sent you a PM Saturday morning asking when these might ship but never received a response. I checked my order again this morning and see it's still in the 'pending' state. I'd hoped to give the busts as a birthday gift to someone this coming Saturday, 9/2.

All my orders, even long since received are still pending. I do, however, remember receiving tracking #'s when they ship, if that helps.

You tried calling him...I always call. Every time he has answered and came through with what I wanted/Needed....

Oh I realize that Zurb. But like I said, I placed the order last Wednesday evening. And Danny's always turned my orders around at warp speed. I had hoped I placed my order well enough in advance of the storm.

Feste - thanks for the tip! I didn't receive a tracking number tho.

Rogue - thanks for the suggestion. I'll try and give Danny a call. But I've no doubt he's in 'batten down the hatches' mode.

no transformers shipped out. i was going to ship them out on monday but since the warning, i have not been back at the office. i have been spending the time securing my house. i won't be back in until thursday, my guess if all goes fine. my apologies for any orders not going out but i lost my roof last hurricane and i want to be partially prepared at least this time around.
normally, i do try to ship same day / next day but the last couple of weeks have been a bit more hectic than normal.
