what is wrong

What is wrong with the pose of Cap? I like it. It's different and I think it works.

Some of you are just sheep and tend to follow the herd.

I like it as well. It's like a comic cover come to life. And the anatomy doesn't look like so many tootsie rolls squeezed here and there, like some other Caps out there.

My list is partially based on the pics I've seen. I've only seen Cap, Hulk, and Hawkeye in person.
1. Hawkeye-
This statue looked awesome in person. Great paints and very clean lines. I just ordered this one a few days ago.
2. Thing-
Great interpretation of Jim Starlin's bronze age Thing. Classic pose, I ordered this one as well.
3. Surfer-
4. Thor-
I like this statue but the legs seem too short.
5. Namor-
6. Captain America-
Saw this one in person and loved the paint, perfect shade of blue. The head is at a strange angle and looks very awkward.
7. Hulk-
The body looks fantastic. Perfectly in scale with the other pieces. The head however is too small and I don't like the hair. I would buy this if the head was based on the bronze age version of the character.

The pose is awkward because Cap's leaning back so far, looks off balance, but I suppose it's an action pose so it's justifiable. I'm not saying I hate the sculpt -- the sculpt, especially the face, looks really good. I'm just not thrilled with the pose.

Red Sonja's my favorite, with Conan trailing in at a close second. I have both of them, and they look so great together.

I haven't seen Conan and Red Sonja in person but in pics they do look awesome. In my list I am not saying that I don't like the Cap, just that I like others better.

I love all my Hard Hero statues!!!
