I'm sorry to do this and i hope it's just a misunderstanding but i paid this guy with paypal last sunday for a statue and he has since contacted me once only to tell me he had to wait 7 days for the fund to clear. So it's been a week and he doesn't reply to my pm or email. I really hope he conctact me later but to tell me whats up but at this point it's unlikely.
if he doesn't respond his there a way to get my money back.

if someone could help me reach him.

Please contact me.

Really sorry to do this if he has tried to reach me

You can file a claim with Paypal , normally it doesn't take 7 days for funds to clear .

You can file a claim on paypal I think up to 60 days after the transaction. Did you pay with a bank transfer or a debit/credit card? If you paid with a debit/credit card, you coul also take it up with them to reclaim your funds
