Cubes VS Detolf/Skogen

No silly, this is not the latest editon to Sideshow's Versus line. I'm just looking for some info from the more experienced members.

Having finally gotten the space to setup my Comic Room I will now be displaying statues, action figures, etc. However, I am having trouble deciding what displays to get. I don't have a huge collection of statues but I need to know if the ones I have will fit in either 16" x 16" cubes or in the Ikea Detolf or Skogen.

I've seen some pics of some of the statues I own in the Detolf or Skogen but am curious to know which displays for sure will host some of the the following large-ish statues confortably:

Hulk VS Spidey
X-Men VS Sentinel
Death Dealer
Batman Clocktower (Bisley Version)
Hulk (Art Asylum)

Any info/pics would be much appreciated.

Oh yeah, as an aside I haven't seen many collections with the Art Asylum Hulk. Any particular reasons? Personally, I think its just a great piece.

I have 4 Detolf and I can tell you for sure that SS Hulk vs Spidey won't fit inside there your only way is to put in on top of it. The statue is too massive for the detolf, I don't have the X-Men one but I also don't think it will fit.
I am not sure about the other statues but I do have all the Hard Hero and they fit nicely in the Detolf.

The X-Men vs. Sentinel will fit but you'll have to put in on the wooden bottom shelf and take out the glass pane from the shelf above it because of how high the Sentinel head comes. You sacrifice some shelf space, but it's worth it to me. I wish my Sideshow Dr. Doom exclusive fit in the detolfs. But he's about half a Doom boot too deep for that. My Hulk vs. Spidey is on top of a detolf

IIRC, Batman clocktower fit in Detolf just fine.

I have the Art Asylum Hulk and it fits good in the Detolf. I also have the X-men Vs., the Hulk vs Spider-man, and the Doom Exclusive on top of the Detolf. They look really good. I am hoping to take pics of my collection soon and will post them in the user galleries.

Welcome to the forum.

Jesse and claws181 are the only 2 guys I know with cubes. I don't recall seeing any SS pieces in Jesse's pics. Don't know about claws. Of course, you know the dimensions. 16 inches any direction you want to go. There is another thread on cubes too. You may want to try and do a search for "cubes" or something similar.

I have cubes...so far, not much will fit in cubes from Sideshow. Just keep the dimesions in mind 16x16's pretty easy to figure out what'll fit. I put my Sideshow Props in the cubes, but I don't think any of the one's you mention would fit.
