Haven't read anything as of now. Let's hope we do get something after Arnold.

I imagine they will wait and see how pre-order sales do with the T-800 Guardian release before considering producing anything else.

Can someone explain to me the difference between a model T101 and T800 in the Terminator films?

They're both the same terminator, as the 101 is part of the designation of the T-800=
Cyberdyne Systems Series 800 Model 101.

T-800 = Model of the Endoskeleton
101 = Model of the flesh surrounding the Endoskeleton
(Schwartzenegger = 101)
