That's probably a 1/3 scale statue, no? It's 24" High, and he is lowered. Probably around 27" -28" if made in full straight postion. But then he is a big mofo in the movies, so that could be also 1/4.

Actually, no, this is really quite reasonable considering this is a professional, studio-grade maquette. The level of detail is phenomenal!

One of the reasons the edition is so small, is because this is a very laborous piece to produce; once you have seen it up close, you'll understand better.

Expensive? Yes. But definitely worth the cost if you can swing it.

I just love how they're both listed at "1/4 Scale Premium Format Figures" yet one cost 3x as much

Still on the fence about Flex Pay Predator.
I would not stay "on the fence" too much longer. This piece is within days of selling out.

I think this assumption might be a bit premature. Remember the exclusive is limited to 300....the reg edition is still TBD. I don't think that it will be a high edition due to the cost but I think they are prepared to meed the demand regardless of how high.b

I figure that the non-exclusive may be 500 or so units. Between the MSRP and the production costs, I don't think the whole run will exceed 1000 pieces.

Just an guess.

I don't work for SS and knew about this Predator many months ago, just like I knew about Obi-Wan and many other releases.
About how many is left, I dunno. Sideshow emailed us a good time ago to tell the Elektra exclusive was selling out, less than 50 units, would not last the weekend and we should hurry and blah blah blah. Still there for sale.
