It punctured the foamcore, I'm not really intent on ripping it to see

I can feel the rip go right thru the foam...

.... Just really pissed at those idiots.

the box looks like it was stepped on and ----

*edit* Damn so it did go through the foamcore. You can probably still salvage it but best to get it completely replaced. At least the frame and print don't look damaged. I would be completely pissed if it arrived in that condition as well.
