Mine leaned a long time back cos of the hot climate here. Straightened it back with a hairdryer and now supported at the knee with a custom acrylic stand.

While this is 100 percent correct......the communication (which is what is most important to me) is below average.....and that's being kind.

Complete opposite experience here. Debbie (and all by her lonesome in case you didn’t know) responds to every single email. It’s not like they’ve stiffed you. They just simply still don’t have what you’ve been waiting for. I will again stress what others have said — Patience is key.
