I've seen pics in the FB groups. One person even showed the beard portrait fits on the OG.

Oh yeah? Is there any access to those pics for those of us who don't have Facebook?

The bearded portrait fits on the OG even using the cape? I was wondering more about the OG portraits fitting on the new one.

No slots for the cape, but still looks epic. From FB:

Oh that's fancy. Thanks man. I would have to think vice versa works as well, just maybe a bit of empty space at the top due to the cape slots. But I imagine it works.

Just got him delivered and he looks great. Two things about this version; the bodies are *not* interchangeable with the original base (the key on the black Superman's foot is larger than the original) and on the new base there is no circle of ball bearings for the rotation functionality.

I should be getting mine this month but the missing circle of ball bearings is a bit disappointing to hear.

As per their site:

Base Pillar rotation mechanism*
*360 Degree rotation for display

I thought that was the ball bearings?

They used ball bearings on the original, yes. But not this one. I mean it still rotates fine, I have no idea whether or not it will make a difference over time. Guess they didn't feel it would.

I’ll also say I think there’s a bit of an improvement on the skin paint job vs the original.

I guess it's fine then...I doubt I'll spin him every time I walk by.
