I am currently having a bad experience with this seller. I don't recommend buying from them.
I bought a pre-order Havok statue from them back in February. Since at this point it's impossible for me to file a complaint against them or to give them negative feedback, they felt it was okay to ship my package through USPS media mail. I paid $20 for shipping, but the price for media mail is well below that since it's the slowest service offered. Although the package was sent out on July 21st, I have yet to receive it.
I've brought this up to them but they claim that sending it via this service was a mistake and that their hands are tied. They put the onus on me to find out where the package is and attempted nothing to try and rectify the situation. If it was a mistake for them to send this via media mail, then you would think they would at the very least offer to refund the difference in the shipping cost. Since they didn't, it's a fairly logical conclusion that it is their custom and practice to undercut the competition then use the most unreliable shipping method to offset the loss from the undercutting(they had the lowest price on Ebay for this statue).
Don't buy from Reddragonstatues!
