Who is the mystery female? It’s kind of a Power Girl poses, but I guess it is Catwoman.

Catwoman, but yeah, the pose looks like she's flexing her bicep, which is not characteristic of Catwoman.

Something like this, only with her right arm higher, her left arm lower and a tighter whip.
Either that or she's just adjusting her goggles.

Whip seems more probable; if she's adjusting her goggles, her hand would be closer to her head.
Upsizing the B&W Nightwing seems sooooo lazy...especially across company lines.

The ears are missing, so maybe they're hiding them on purpose? It's definitely Catwoman though.
I noticed the outline is IDENTICAL to the art below (Adam Hughes), so they probably don't have a sculpt yet... could be the same for Nightwing.
