from their home page, it states that this death statue is 1/10 scale?

can some souls confirm this?

Nope, Chris has confirmed on FB that this one is 1/6 scale. And I am really happy it is this size. Goes well with a few of my other statues of the same size.

I think it would be a mistake to make it 1:4, too big and pricey for a not so well-known painting.
