The Ecc medusa looks strange without nipples. It just looks off. Put a top on her or something. Everything from the shoulders down needs to be reworked.

I'm serious, for my taste, anyway. The base is okay I'm just not digging the torso. I'm spoiled with the MIB skin texture. The torso just seems flat, paint wise.
