I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I don't usually post here.. I'm more of an observer but I must agree 100% on the ArtFX.
Kotobukiya needs to keep making the X-Men 92 to keep me a customer as well as their danger room line.
Star Wars also makes a lot of sense.
In terms of the 92 line I'd like to see villains and a modern Jean Grey.. not Phoenix.
Where the heck is Magneto?!

It would be nice to have some assurance one way or the other what direction these lines are heading.

Totally agree. It was very disappointing to only see Bishoujo/Ikeman/Premier Line. I have no interest in any of these.
I'm very surprised that they didn't even have Weapon X or the new Venom statue on display. It was a very poor setup in my opinion. I really want the X-Men '92 and Star Wars lines to continue. If they don't, I'm done with KOTO.

Pretty sure they want most attention away from their best line, which ends after X sadly. I think Premier is their response to Sosa's departsure.

Hey, Koto! I have a fun size bag of M&M's and a Quizno's VIP card that's two punches away from a free sub. They're both yours if you share new details for the X-Men 92 line.

Hello Statue Forum,
Sorry for the long delay again! Things have been hectic at Kotobukiya HQ!
My name is Mr. Arigato, and I’m going to be helping Gyoza out with answering questions for you guys from now on!
While Gyoza is in marketing, I’m part of the product planning team, so hopefully I can work to get your comments and requests directly to the product planners!
I’m also learning the ropes of product planning myself, so I’m looking forward to hearing from you all.
First, I’ll answer some of your questions:

Yes, we plan to continue the Fine Art Statue line! We are currently in the process of reassessing the direction of the series since we have parted ways with Erick Sosa, but the line is definitely not over! It should be safe to expect updates at some point this year.

Yes, definitely! I can’t provide any updates about Aquaman currently, but I will definitely pass along the interest. We are pretty much constantly getting requests for him on all of our platforms.

And will the 1/6 scale Fine Arts line continue?
|
As addressed in the two questions above, both series will continue! I can't give any concrete updates regarding that specific Aquaman, but we are well aware of the demand for it, so it's definitely up for consideration.

As other users have theorized, our Infinity War line is finished for the foreseeable future. You can expect to see some updates about other MCU statues later this year.

Are you referring to the ARTFX statue that was discontinued a few years ago? I can’t give any details on the situation, but I can say that unfortunately it will not be released.
I think that basically catches us up for now. I’ll try to be more prompt with replies in the future!
We’d also like to start doing surveys on a semi-regular to see what kinds of products fans are interested in. Do you guys have preference for how this is handled? Instead of clogging up this thread, we will probably make a new one/do a survey through google.
Thanks!
-Mr. Arigato
