Planet Hulk by Jim Cheung -Long Beach Comic Book Expo

When I heard that Art Adams, Jim Cheung and Terry Dodson would be at the Long Beach Comic Book Expo, I figured it would be worth the drive.

Well Art Adams had to cancel due to illness and Terry Dodson wasn't able to get to my piece. Thankfully Jim Cheung came through for me with this great Gladiator Hulk piece.

Jim's head shots are always great but this one is a step above. Congrats on a magnificent piece!

That's an awesome head shot! Congrats!
Just curious, does he ever do more than head shots at cons?

Very nice! That is beautiful!

Was his table busy? Or was this an at-home piece? I imagine he gets lots of con sketch requests.

I tried to get him to do a full PH back in 2009 but he opted to go with my regular hulk instead since it wasn't as detailed as PH. But that is fantastic ken, a PH has been on my wish list for jim for a few years but i need to knock that flash jam piece out of the way first.
