Haven't really read a Godzilla comic since the Darkhorse days but I was in a huge LCS today that has everything & a kid there recommended this one. I've already read it & enjoyed it, if I can keep up with this one, I will. I'll look for Half Century War. Has it been collected in a trade?
Have you checked out Creeps Magazine? It's an homage rag to the old Warren stuff & it's fairly affordable. $4.95 an issue & it's big like an old Warren mag. B&W & fun.

Yes, it's been collected in trade, and an oversize hardcover was recently released.
Never heard of Creeps. I will look into that!
