Really flat black

Hello!

can anybody of the masters give me a hont what paint I could use to get a really, really flat black?

I'm gonna use it for my batman TDK cape. I know, the real cape is even flocked to get a deep flat black. But what paint could work to get a an acceptable result at last?

The most ultra flat black I have found is by using
"The Armory" Black Primer, this stuff is dead flat.
Spray this on and seal with Testors (airbrush version)
Dullcote.
