Nice. Let us know what you think of the season when you're caught up.

What episode are you on? Is the quality consistent?

I am caught up till episode 8 and have enjoyed them so far, the pacing amps up in certain episodes when there is little more action with the drama. Still need to catch up to the rest of the season, I am guessing another 4 episodes to go.

Cross country skiing is great if you live in a small country.

Yes it's consistent.

Like all first season series, it has its moments where it must info dump, but the overall story, feel, character development, and acting is top notch.

For a cable series, it has as much tension each episode as Homeland, and takes it to the edge of risque-ness that is allowed. Thank Sons of Anarchy for breaking all the tableau's to allow for this.

Each episode is relevant to the overall story, and if you love the cold war era, you won't get better unless you read a John LeCarre novel.

It's worth a watch.

Based on hearing all the praise this show has gotten over the years (even called the best show on TV by some), I just started season one--just in time for the final season premiere this spring. What I've seen so far is pretty good and the general consensus seems the be the later seasons are even better. I'll be savoring this series over the next few months.

It is a little bit of a slow burn but I love it.

The show is great. A must watch IMO. I REALLY like the development of the kids and Philip. Philip is my favorite character on the show with all of his layers and conflict.

As I watched the show over the past two years, it strikes a little more to current events which is also nice....and terrifying.
