I remember the 1st movie is what started the claws between the knuckles thing. I thought it was weird at the time but I get it.

Apparently, it's been corrected. That prototype never should have been shown.

Yes, the proto shown on Sideshow Live. A Sideshow rep posted this on Facebook...
"The piece that was show on Sideshow LIVE yesterday was not a production piece, and in fact, was a bit of a mix-up. The reason the piece looks so wonky is because what you are seeing is a VERY early production sample of the base (ie, lots of changes need to happen) and Wolverine himself is a prototype. As a result, the key of the figure into the base is not accurate. As I said, earlier, it was a mix up between our teams and should not have been shown at all on the live stream. Hope that helps - and apologies for the confusion and incorrect information you received from our rep. Thanks!"
