Saw a new Three pack (it was packaged horizontaly)today at the local wal-mart. I thought about picking them up but changed my mind. In one pack it had Lightning McQueen, The King, and then a new car, it was a pace car and I think his name was charlie checker or something like that. The other pack had a couple of cars I already had and a lightning bold ramone, his paint job had a, you guessed it, lightning bolt on the side. I carried around the one with the pace car but then changed my mind because it was $10 and my wife already has the other too cars. Did anyone pick these up even thought they packaged them with old common cars?

I just came back from a WM and picked up the Cactus McQueen/Sherrif/Dirt Track Doc Hudson pack.
It was the only one on the rack, I didn't find the other two 3-packs( Charlie Checker/Lightning McQueen/The King and Flo/Lightning McQueen/Lightning Ramone) but I will keep on looking for them.

Here is some news:
In addition to the 3 new 3 packs (with 1 new car each), Wal-Mart has a set of "launchers" or something - basically its a piston cup car with a pit stand that launches the car. The ones I saw were for Lightning McQueen, The King, Chick Hicks, Leak Lessre and Octane Gain (previously only available in the Target 7 pack).
Other new cars to look for:
Fred (listed on the card for the Wheel carrying case)
Dale Earnhardt Jr. (Wheel case card)
Pit Crew Guido (listed on Yeti card)
Race Official Tom (Yeti card)
My brother-in-law found my son a Yeti.

Looks good. Did everyone see that this routinely sells for $70+ on Ebay. Why don't these people just buy the disc and order it? Sometimes I do not understand people's must have this second mentality.
Anyways, I got my son and nephew a Ligntning Ramone yesterday and my son a Charlie Checker. I was not thrilled with spending $30 to, in essence, get those 3 cars (and 6 duplicates). Oh well, I sucked it up to save on trips to TRU looking for them.
Has anyone else noticed that the single pack prices seem to have come down to about $3 each while the 2 pack movie moments now come it at $8-9. TRU made me a little irritated with that.
