Just to make it more confusing the end credits scene of Fast & Furious 6 takes place within Tokyo Drift and should be watched after that film as it contains one of the biggest spoilers in the franchise.
So in other words when you get to Fast & Furious 6 watch in this order for max enjoyment.
- Fast & Furious 6
- The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift
- Fast & Furious 6 - End Credits scene
This will lead you directly into the upcoming F&F 7 next Summer.

and since we've come full circle to Tokyo Drift now
Lucas Black will return for Fast and Furious 7, 8 and 9.

Is Lucas Black confirmed? If so that's cool. Good news.

Yep, confirmed through multiple sites now. He has signed on for at least 3 films.
This development raises my interest greatly. F&F 7 has the potential to be the best in the franchise given the amazing cast and how it ties everything together. I have a strong feeling several regulars won't survive to see part 8.

That's great. That kid got lucky. I'm sure he thought he'd never be in another FF movie again.

Lucas Black will always be Caleb Temple from the Horror Thriller 'American Gothic' to me. Such a great series.
