That doesn't look that bad. A bit different around the eyes like in the other pics. But no where near the disaster of the first version.

Anyways, got my Tracer in and I can rest easy because she came out fantastic. Now, onward to Widowmaker!

I don't know what to think. I guess there are now three versions of the same statue with varying paint jobs. Also bootlegs out there. Blizzard needs to get this under control. I don't want to play the different version game for Widowmaker or future statues. They have more than enough money and resources to be able to get quality control on these to be consistent and cut off bootlegs.

No one has the resources to "cut off bootlegs". Just saying... it's unstoppable in every field it exists in.

Yes. Please contact the gear store for a replacement if you are unhappy. It's nearly impossible to guarantee that all units are flawless.

As for bootlegs, there's only so much that can be done. A lot of the bootleg versions out there are rip-offs of the in-game assets and you can tell immediately with all the stretching and lack of detail. The fans will know the difference for sure.

We made a conscious decision to go with polystone statues instead of PVC. It looks better, holds detail nicely and has a nice heft to it.

Received mine this week. Didn't know there was a problem with her. Just checked mine.......looks perfect.
