So they sent out update emails for this and a lot of other statues saying that they would be shipping this year. Why did they even bother? Did they actually think they would all be done? I can understand missing the deadline when you first start production but 3 months ago they should have had a pretty good idea.
These are all the statues that they said would ship by the end of this year:
Honda
Kahn
Sorceress
Vega
He-Man & Battle Cat
Blanka
Raiden
Robocop
Oro
Akuma 1:3
Sub-Zero 1:3
Scorpion 1:3
Lord of Darkness 1:3

I really doubt they wouldn't include it, it's part of his look and was on the proto and production samples.
Might have not been shown assembled as i imagine it's a delicate piece. They might even be all individual and have to be pegged in 1 at a time.

Lines on skin
Does anyone else think the lines on the skin look weird? I'm talking about the ones that change colors for each version of the statue. They seem really thick and raised compared to the prototype. I know its still in production and it may somehow change but it looks pretty weird to me right now. See the uploaded photo for an example of what I'm talking about.

Compare to the lines here. These are the nice lines on the prototype flush with the body versus the thick globby ones on the production photos.

Looks like sugarcoating to me. I also think that the Proto's lines looked better.
