ARTFX-J: Fruits Basket

Revealed on Funimation's Twitter account and will go for sale exclusively through the Funimation shop in 2020.

Only mention is of Kyo and Yuki from the series. Quite excited to see merchandise for this series that isn't keyrings or pins!

I have always wanted to read the manga of this series... But too many books and mangas and not enough time, and sometimes not enough money... :/

It's easily my all time favourite manga series!

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Have you been watching the new anime? It is super faithful to the manga.

No I haven't, I kind of grown out of shoujo genre (it was my introductory genre to manga tho). I am so corrupted now I don't think I can enjoy this the same way I did when I was little lol. This is one of the manga/anime that reminds me how changed I am from before. I was really obsessed with Fruits Basket (and shoujo genre) once though. I remember borrowing the manga in the public library and get pissed off when someone else borrowed the next volume lol

I did notice the new anime art style is very different from the manga art style unlike the old anime.
